Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use saybrush.com and the Saybrush editor. Saybrush is run by the operator of saybrush.com (“Saybrush”, “we”, “us”). By using Saybrush you agree to them. Our Content Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.
Using Saybrush
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
- You can edit as a guest, or sign in with Google. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- Don’t try to get around our limits, checks or free credit rules, for example by automating sign-ups or creating many guest sessions.
Credits
Each edit uses one credit. Guests get 2 free credits, and signing in with a new account adds 3 more, once. Free credits have no cash value. When an edit fails, is declined or is stopped by a content check, the credit is returned automatically.
Your photos and results
- You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to our service providers, only to run Saybrush for you.
- Only upload photos you have the right to use, and get permission from the people in them where the law requires it.
- Results from free use carry a small Saybrush watermark. You can use your results for any lawful purpose that follows our Content Policy.
- Free photos and results are deleted 14 days after they’re created. Download anything you want to keep; we can’t recover deleted files.
What AI edits can and can’t do
Results are made by an AI model and can be wrong. The model may change parts of the photo you didn’t ask about, and on faces it redraws rather than restores. Check every result before you rely on it or share it.
Content rules and enforcement
You must follow our Content Policy. We check uploads, prompts and results automatically. If you break the policy, we may block edits, limit your account, or pause or close it, as the Content Policy describes.
Copyright
If you believe content on Saybrush infringes your copyright, email support@saybrush.com with the subject “Copyright” and include: the work you own, where the infringing content is, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them, and your physical or electronic signature. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Changes and availability
We may change or stop parts of Saybrush, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll update the date above and tell you on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use Saybrush after that means you accept the new terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Saybrush is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost files after the retention period. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
Ending your use
You can stop using Saybrush at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@saybrush.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
