FAQ
Pricing questions
What counts as an edit?
One prompt applied to one photo, which gives you one result. Edits use 1 credit, except that Nano Banana Pro uses 3. The studio shows the price before you edit.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?
No. Your plan’s credits reset at the start of each billing month. Yearly plans get the same monthly credits, every month of the year.
What if an edit fails?
You get the credits back automatically when an edit fails on our side, takes too long, is declined by the model or is stopped by a content check.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then stops renewing. You keep using that period’s credits until it ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of a purchase if you haven’t used any of the credits from it. After you’ve used them, the purchase can’t be refunded. See the Refund Policy for details.
Do credit packs expire?
No. Pack credits stay on your account until you use them. If you also have a plan, its monthly credits are used first.
What happens to my free results when I pay?
Your earlier results that haven’t been deleted yet download at full resolution, and they’re kept until you delete them instead of for 14 days.
